MTS位移傳感器RHM系列外殼進油問題的處理

Oil entering in the electronics housing is very unusual because the RHM Sensor with any mating connector is IP67 protection and with integral cable has IP68 protection rating.

The cause for oil entering inside the cylinder may be due to the rod end damage from which the oil may enter inside the electronics or thrught the cable end side(if damaged or abused). 
 
 
One more reason may be the RHM sensor need to be fitted with o-ring on the sensor. If this is not there then in the oil may enter the sensor housing and if the sensor protective housing is pressurised then oil may enter the electronics. Please check whether you
have made sure to put the o-ring on the sensor i.e threaded part.

進入電子部件外殼的油是非常不尋常的，因為帶有任何匹配連接器的RHM傳感器是IP67保護，集成電纜具有IP68防護等級。
